Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Trades AI Use Cases (tradesusecases.com, “we”), a free directory run by Daniel Massaad. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site is

Trades AI Use Cases collects real, publicly sourced examples of contractors and trade businesses using AI, along with pages about the tools involved. It's for general information only. It isn't professional, legal, financial or purchasing advice, and listing a tool or business is not an endorsement.

Accuracy

We work from public sources and link to them, but details change and vendor-reported results aren't audited by us. We provide the site “as is” and don't guarantee that anything on it is complete, current or error-free. Check with the vendor before you buy or rely on anything. If you see a mistake, email us and we'll fix it.

Affiliate links and sponsors

Some links may be affiliate links, labeled “Paid link,” and some placements are paid and labeled “Sponsored.” Money doesn't change what is listed or its order. See our disclosure.

Sponsorships and payments

Sponsorship packages are described on our Sponsor page and are paid through Stripe. A sponsorship buys a clearly labeled placement for the period described when you buy it. It doesn't buy an editorial entry, control over any entry, or a change in how tools or entries are ordered. We may decline or remove a sponsor whose product or claims we can't stand behind. If we do that before the placement runs, we'll refund the unused part. Beyond that, sponsorships are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing or the law requires it.

Content you send us

If you submit a use case, a correction or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to edit it and publish it on the site, with a link to its source where there is one. Don't send anything unlawful, misleading or confidential.

Our content and your use of it

The site's design, code and our own writing belong to Daniel Massaad or are used with permission. You can read, share and link to pages freely. Please don't copy the site in bulk, republish it as your own or scrape it in a way that burdens it. Company names, logos and quotes belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with it or try to get past its security, or send spam through our forms or newsletter signup.

Links to other sites

We link to sources, vendors and other sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is under their own terms.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or decisions you make based on the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which for most readers is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle your information is covered in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
